Let the professionals at Hyatt Regency Crystal City handle every detail of your special day. To make planning your Washington area wedding reception easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of planning your wedding reception.

Wedding Vendors
From flowers to photographs, we have established relationships with the best area wedding vendors. Please contact the catering department for more details or view our list of preferred partners.
Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from 8 to 11 guests per table.
Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Crystal City can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style, if needed. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Parking
Valet parking is offered for your wedding guests, based upon availability. Your wedding specialist can provide you with further information about additional parking options adjacent to the hotel.
Menus & Wedding Cake
Our comprehensive wedding package offers a wide variety of plated or buffet dinners. Customize the menu to reflect your cultural preferences. Couples may provide their own choice of wedding cake. 


Guestrooms/Suites
A complimentary one-night stay in the Bridal Suite is included in your wedding package. Special room rates are available for your overnight guests. Please speak with your wedding specialist to block rooms and for further details.
Pricing and Guarantee
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Wedding Package are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due three business days prior to your wedding by 11AM. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. Room rental fees may apply.

A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater, and your final balance is due 10 days prior to your wedding.
